Our "Why?"
Our passion has and always will be to support individuals with complex needs, and their families, to a high standard. We want to ensure individuals are understood and supported with dignity and respect.
We have witnessed parents and carers get crash courses on diagnostic pathways, legislation and medical terminology to advocate for their children. Families are fighting for their children’s basic rights and are met with mammoth hurdles along the way. Within this journey, they can lose their own identity (and sometimes sanity).
We aim to offer specialist, accessible support to complex needs individuals, their families and other professionals to maximise positive outcomes and give children and young people the skills they need for life.

Lauren Gregory
Director/ Head of Admissions
Lauren is a trained special needs teacher who started her career as a teaching assistant and worked her way up. She has over 14 years experience working in specialist education with complex needs children and adults as well as in care settings and personal experiences. Lauren specialises in high support need autism, severe learning difficulties, and sensory and communication differences.
Kerry Rigby
Director/
Designated Safeguarding Lead
Kerry is a trained special needs teacher who started her career in mainstream primary and moved to SEND settings to focus her skillset. Kerry has over 11 years experience within education and care. Her specialism is autism and complex needs such as past traumas, social, emotional. and mental health needs (SEMH) and sensory and communication difficulties.
